How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day and get you and your fiance comfortable in front of the camera. I love finding out what details are important to you and capturing each piece that makes your wedding day uniquely yours.
I want to capture the feelings, the emotions. My absolute favorite images from weddings are the first looks, the tiny details, the cake cutting, and the outtakes. Most of all, I love to capture genuine emotion. Your day is full of so many intricate pieces and I want to capture every last one - especially the sweet moments when you look at each other and realize "Oh my goodness! I get to spend the rest of my life with my very best friend. We are (FINALLY!) married!"
What is your style?
My typical style is bright and natural, so you'll get those true-to life colors in your images!

I will capture a variety of coached and candid photos throughout your day and make sure your wedding gallery has #allthemoments that are important to you and your future husband!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in St. Louis, Missouri and I do travel! I enjoy long walks on the beach after beautiful sunset weddings, hiking to the top of the mountain with brides and grooms, and also love intimate photos at your favorite local hangout if that's your style!
Weddings requiring travel between 45 - 60 minutes are subject to a small flat rate travel fee in addition to the booked package. Weddings requiring travel greater than 60 minutes each way require The #UltimateBride Experience package and are subject to a travel and lodging fee. Destination weddings require additional travel fees.
How many pictures will we receive?
For engagement sessions, you will receive at least 30 images.
For 8 hours of wedding day coverage, you will receive at least 240 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity. I want you to love every image you see just as much as the last, and only include images in your gallery that I absolutely love.
When will we get our photos?
Your sneak peeks will be posted to social media sites within 1 week of your event, but I try to get them to you ASAP! You will receive an online gallery link with all your wedding (YAY! YOU'RE MARRIED!!!!) photos within a maximum of 12 weeks. I try to get your photos to you quickly because I know you want your images to relive your wedding day! Delivery time may be less depending on the season I photograph your story.
The Engagement Session! What do we wear?
I include a style guide with all my sessions - look for it in your email after you book with me with your Engagement Session scheduling email! Color is also important here - the camera loves shades of soft pink and muted blues, mixed with sophisticated light neutrals like heather gray, creams, leather brown, navy, and white.
The camera loves the look a long flowy dress and these dresses are SUPER flattering. You may be like me and LOVE a good pair of skinny jeans and some booties. You CAN WEAR BOTH!! Your outfit choice is important, but the most important thing is that you are comfortable in your outfit.
Your fiancé should match his outfit to yours. After all, you're the one setting up the photos in the first place!
The best moments are captured when you're comfortable around the camera, and you're most relaxed around your friends...so let's be friends!
